Exhibitor Logistics:
Load in Date - 02/13 2:00PM: Exhibitors are invited to start setting up their booths at 2:00PM on 02/13

Expo space includes:

  • One 6' black draped & skirted exhibit table with power and two chairs in an 8ft space (Unless otherwise agreed upon)

Missing information for your exhibit or sponsorship? Make sure you have paid your invoice or quote. Payment is the trigger for our systems to start sending out the information you may be looking for (ticket codes, logistics, and more). Check your spam or query your inbox for subject line "Summit Sponsor Onboarding" or "Summit Exhibitor Onboarding".


Looking for your booth number, placements, maps? This information will be made available after February 6th.


Important shipping information. While you can ship items, note that we do not recommend shipping items unless absolutely necessary. Synapse Florida is not liable for any shipped items and the shipper will assume the risks of shipping. All items shipped are received by a 3rd party at the arena and stored in a receiving area, not delivered to your booth. If shipping items, your team should plan to arrive the day before during load-in (windows as assigned between 2:30 and 6) to sort through the items in the receiving area.


When is the deadline for booth materials to arrive at the conference? Materials can arrive starting February 6th. I don’t recommend having them arrive sooner as this may increase the chances of lost or misplaced packages. Materials need to be removed by the end of the event on Tuesday the 14th.


What is the address for shipments? Packages can be shipped directly to the arena via the below address. Please be sure they are shipped to the attention of Synapse Summit- Audrey Minch.

Exhibitor Load-In/Set Up will take place on 2/13 from 2:30PM-6:00PM: Join us at Amalie Arena to set up your display. Dress comfortably in closed-toed shoes. Parts of the arena are very cold, so layers are recommended. Our VIP Party follows immediately after, so plan a change of clothes if you are a VIP and plan to attend the party.


Exhibitor Break Down will take place at 4:30PM on 2/14: All equipment, banners, signs, etc must leave the arena with you at the end of the day on the 14th. Items left behind will not be stored.

  • 2/14 8:30AM: Synapse Summit. Doors will open to the public and the expo floors will be live. Attendees will be able to enjoy interactive displays, connect with our exhibitors, join networking breakouts, and listen in on panels of expert speakers.

  • 2/14 4:30PM: Expo Breakdown. Exhibitors are invited to break down their displays.
